Terms of Service
Last updated 28 July 2026
These terms govern your use of MyPostStation, operated by [Registered company name]. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
2. Your account and your team
You are responsible for who you invite and what role you give them. Roles carry different permissions, and granting someone approval or publishing rights means content can reach your audience without further involvement from you.
You must keep your own login credentials secure, and you must not share a MyPostStation account between people — invite them instead, so activity is attributable.
3. Connected social accounts
You must own or be authorised to manage any account you connect. Connecting is done through the destination platform’s own authorisation screen, and grants us a limited, revocable access token. We do not receive or store your social media password.
You can disconnect at any time from your settings, or by revoking access in the destination platform’s own settings. Access ends immediately either way.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, encode and publish it on your instruction.
You are responsible for holding the rights to what you publish, including any music, footage or likeness it contains, and for complying with the rules of the destination platform.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MyPostStation to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or in breach of the destination platform’s policies; to attempt to access another customer’s workspace; or to interfere with the operation of the service.
We may suspend an account that does so.
6. Trials, billing and cancellation
Paid plans begin with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews monthly at the published price until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period already paid for.
Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before a renewal.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Publishing depends on third-party APIs we do not control, and those platforms may change, throttle or withdraw access at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost followers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
